People on your desk

Each person signs in at this desk's people page with that Google account. Judith knows them by name and helps them, but none of your mail, calendar, files, matters or notes are open to them. Remove someone and their next tap is refused, on every device.

One more step for each person while the desk's Google app is in testing: add their email under Google Cloud, Google Auth Platform, Audience, Test users. Otherwise Google stops them before the desk sees them.
